The contents of this training pack have been approved by Network Rail for use in the delivery and assessment of Possession Support (PS) duties training as detailed in NR/L2/CTM/200-PS Competence & Training in Track Safety
The pack contains sufficient information to enable a course to be delivered with relatively little preparation time, however, to gain maximum benefit from this pack it is recommended that some time is used by the trainer to become familiar with the contents before its use

Course Summary
This module is designed to train persons who are responsible for undertaking Possession Support training as part of their duties on Network Rail Infrastructure.
It is designed to develop a person’s knowledge, understanding and skills and is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their competence in these areas.
Key Aims
The aim of the course is to provide delegates with the skills and underpinning knowledge required to undertake Possession Support duties in line with the Possession Support unit of competence.
