Overview
Designed to evaluate and improve railway staff behaviour’s through targeted questionnaires, it prepares personnel for upcoming courses, ensuring readiness and competence. Furthermore, it addresses skill fade by reinforcing critical knowledge over time, and identifies areas where performance may be lagging, offering solutions to uplift and maintain high standards of operation.
Summary
The OLEC course is comprised of two components. There is an e-learning training package followed by a practical training day. Successful completion of the e-leaming assessment is required prior to attendance on the practical training day.
